Family Portrait

I'm not exactly fond of how this came out color wise or background wise, but I was going for a family portrait feel. I think the colors are a little too blue on this screen, but on the ipad they look okay. I dunno. Haha, they're a little orangier on the device I painted this on. In any case, here is the Bat boys. <3 I love them all, and a part of me longs for family connection with these boys, but noooo, DC makes Jason a total ass, and Damey-face is moody and really only tolerates (lurves) Grayson. Dick and Jay never get along, and Timmy at one point respected both Jason and Dick (totally stalked Dick too). I don't know, I imagine, if they were to get a family portrait, and Jay was actually included in the picture, it might look something like this. I <3 the Bat boys.

Just playing with a simplistic comicy style, but I think I may go back to some of my gestural paintings soon, haha. I'm missing the gestures and sketchiness.
